How do I pay?

Are Laifen hair dryers and toothbrushes fully guaranteed?
Absolutely. We believe our products are among the best on the market. If you are less than 100% satisfied for any reason, you may return your purchase within 30 days for a full refund. -
How are you able to charge less than competitors?
At Laifen, we design and manufacture the core technology ourselves. By removing middlemen, we are able to offer powerful products directly to you with minimal markup. -
How do I change or cancel an order?
Orders are typically processed quickly. If you need to change or cancel your order, please contact us at laifentechus@gmail.com within 1 day of placing it. We will do our best to help. Please note: refunds do not cover currency conversion or card fees. Once an order has shipped, it cannot be canceled. -
What does the 2-year / 1-year warranty include?
If anything goes wrong with your product, we’ve got you covered. We will repair or replace any defective unit to ensure your satisfaction.

Log into your account, go to “Ways to earn”, and click “Redeem” next to "Birthday reward". (Valid only on your birthday.) -
I’ve forgotten my coupon code. What can I do?
Log into your account, go to “Your Activity”, select the “Coupons” tab, and copy the code to use at checkout.

How long does delivery take?
Orders usually arrive within 2–7 business days. -
How do I track my order?
Once your order ships, you’ll receive an email with a tracking number so you can follow your package. -
Do you ship to PO Boxes or APO/FPO addresses?
Unfortunately, we cannot ship to PO Boxes or APO/FPO addresses at this time.

Why does the hair dryer stop unexpectedly and display flashing lights?
First, check and clean the intake filter and exhaust vent. Restart the device. If the issue continues, remove the nozzle, let it cool, then restart. If the problem persists, contact us at laifentechus@gmail.com. -
Why is the Laifen App failing to connect to the toothbrush?
This is often due to an outdated app. Please uninstall and reinstall the app, make sure the toothbrush is fully charged, and verify that all required permissions are enabled on your phone. -
Why is the Laifen Wave toothbrush displaying an abnormal status light?
If you see unusual blue, purple, or red lights, ensure the toothbrush is fully charged and airplane mode is off. If the issue persists, contact us at laifentechus@gmail.com.
