Warranty Description
SHUYE TECHNOLOGY CO., LIMITED ("Laifen") provides a limited warranty for all Laifen products. - All Laifen hair dryers (excluding the Laifen SE Lite) include a 2-year parts and labor warranty. - Laifen electric toothbrushes and the Laifen SE Lite hair dryer include a 1-year parts and labor warranty.
To qualify, products must be originally purchased from Laifen and be free from defects in design, assembly, materials, or workmanship. Laifen reserves the right to update, amend, or revise the terms of this warranty at any time. The warranty is valid only in the original country or region of purchase.
Situations Not Covered
- Products purchased from unauthorized resellers.
- Warranty period has expired.
- No valid proof of purchase is provided.
- Products repaired through unofficial or unauthorized channels.
- Damage caused by use not in accordance with the Laifen user manual.
- Damage resulting from misuse, accidents, or negligence.
- Damage caused by normal wear and tear.
